What is THE BOD Level 2?

THE BOD Level 2 is a 6-week training plan for babes with experience in fitness already but might be needing that extra push and are keen to learn more. It’s perfect for you if:

  • You’re looking to mix it up and add variety to your training

  • You’ve completed the Level 1 program twice or more 

  • You understand the difference between a squat and a deadlift
