We recommend weighing your ingredients raw as this is the most accurate. 

When we cook food, depending on the cooking method, your ingredient will either deduce or increase in volume/overall weight.

We understand that you may prefer to weigh your ingredients cooked rather than raw for ease or convenience. Here at The Bod, our goal is to help you achieve results in a maintainable way. Whatever your choice may be, aim to be consistent.


If you are following a meal plan with us, your recipe will state if the ingredient is measured cooked or raw weight.
