Can I still take part in other fitness activities while following Project You?Updated 2 months ago

Here at The Bod, we are big believers that the BEST exercise for YOU is the exercise that you enjoy and are actually going to stick to/be consistent with šŸ‘
So if for you that is pilates or running for example, then that's great! You don't need to exclusively use your Project You program, you can move your body in whichever way you enjoy the most šŸ˜Ā
